Speaker: Hythem El Mir, NACS, Tunisia - 30 min Title: Tunisian CERT; Global Coordination Approach for Incident Response Abstract: In our digital world with increasing dependencies on information technologies, building national security capacities become a crucial measurement to enhance national security and public safety. Furthermore, according to the borderless nature of the cyberspace and cyber threats, it is necessary to foster cooperation and coordination in incident prevention, to prompt rapid reaction to incidents, and to promote information sharing and early warning. There is an increasing need for all the nations to coordinate with private and public sectors and a need for coordination with international security entities. Tunisia as a case study has built its incident response capacities and developed a very wide approach for coordination within national stakeholders and international entities.
