    up with the initial idea.

    AAF may focus in some of the following areas(and other areas);

         - Network research
         - Network engineering
         - Research and Education network
         - Network policy

    What kinds of events shall AAF focus?

   How do we develop/spinoff network-related groups in Africa(and in Asia)?
   The initial examples are Measurement Group(and possibly Planet Lab Group).
